Cancellation Policy

1. Payment is required in full on or before the day of service. We accept cash, card and Zelle. We do not accept cash app. 2. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, we will allow a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes a late fee of $10 will be applied and after 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. If your appointment is cancelled you will be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee is 50% of the service. 3. Arriving late will interfere with your treatment , making the treatment time needed insufficient . Your service will end at your scheduled time to not interfere with the next appointment. 4. We strongly encourage you to communicate with us. If you fail to arrive to your appointment without notifying us, 50% of the service will be charged. 5. Please respect the 24 hour cancellation/ reschedule policy. Please give a 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid cancellation fees. 6. Deposits are required for all appointments except for membership holders.
